Privacy Policy

Wena is our mobile drawing and guessing game. This Privacy Policy explains our approach to your data — in short: no accounts, no personal information, and nothing kept after your match ends.

Effective date: July, 2026

1. No Accounts, No Sign-In

Wena does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information about who you are.

2. What Happens During a Match

Wena is a real-time multiplayer game, so to play a match your device connects to our game server. While you're in a match, the following is sent to our server and shared live with the other players in your room:

  • The nickname and avatar emoji you pick — these are not tied to your identity and can be changed anytime.
  • Your live drawing strokes, so other players can watch you draw.
  • The guesses and chat messages you send during the round.
  • A temporary room code and session ID used to connect you to the right match.

This data only exists to make the match work in real time. Our server relays it between players in memory and does not write it to a database — once everyone leaves the room, it's gone. We do not keep match history, save your drawings, or build a profile of you.

3. What We Don't Collect

Wena does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect or have access to:

  • Your contacts, photos, location, or any other data on your device.
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage/analytics data.
  • Any information from you when you are not actively connected to a match.

4. App Permissions

Wena only requests network access, which it uses to connect to our game server for multiplayer matches as described above. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

5. Children's Privacy

Wena does not collect names, emails, or any identifying information from anyone, including children. The nickname and avatar you pick are not real identifying information and are only visible to other players during a live match.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell or share any data with third parties. Wena does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of Wena adds new features that change what is collected — we will update the "Effective date" below and describe clearly what is collected.
